Scrum Master – P&C Domain (Must Have)
Location: Erie, PA / Piscataway, NJ / Parsippany, NJ / Atlanta, GA / Wilkes-Barre, PA (Priority: Erie, PA or Piscataway, NJ) – Hybrid
Duration: Long Term

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance

• Experience supporting Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, Production Support

• Hands-on experience with BOP, Workers Compensation (WC), Commercial Auto & other commercial products

• Strong exposure to P&C Claims processes

• Experience with Policy, Billing, or Claims systems

Core Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Remove impediments and protect team from external distractions

• Work closely with Product Owner on backlog grooming/refinement

• Track Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, KPIs)

• Support estimation, story pointing, capacity & PI planning

• Ensure Agile best practices and quality delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/SAFe)

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence

• Experience working in hybrid model (Onshore/Offshore teams)

Preferred Certifications:

• CSM / PSM / SAFe

• P&C Insurance certifications
