Maintain network availability, performance, capacity, and resiliency across corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, data center, cloud, and third-party environments.
Resolve complex routing, switching, latency, DNS, DHCP, wireless, firewall, and application communication issues; provide escalation support during incidents and outages.
Implement network security controls with cybersecurity partners, including segmentation, firewall policies, secure remote connectivity, vulnerability remediation, and audit support.
Develop scalable network designs, reference architectures, configuration standards, and technical recommendations based on security, supportability, performance, and cost.
Partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, application, and manufacturing/OT teams on hybrid connectivity, site integrations, acquisitions, expansions, and technology refreshes.
Use monitoring, analytics, telemetry, configuration management, and automation to improve reliability, consistency, reporting, deployment speed, and lifecycle management.
