Role Requirement – Technical People Lead / Architect (15+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a highly hands-on Technical People Lead / Architect with 15+ years of experience and at least 5 years in Architect/Leadership roles.
Location: Remote
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SQL, DBT, ETL, Azure, and ADF
- Proven experience leading end-to-end data projects as an Architect, Manager, or Technical Lead
- Ability to design scalable, cost-efficient data solutions on Snowflake + Azure
- Strong ownership mindset: able to work in ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive delivery
- Balance technical execution, architecture, stakeholder management, and team leadership
- Strong offshore-onshore coordination and delivery management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
