Role Summary
The Clinical HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to operational and medical leadership, supporting a large clinician population across a multi state region. This role plays a key part in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to enhance workforce effectiveness, engagement, and retention.

In this role, you will partner closely with executive leaders to deliver consultative HR support across employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. You will drive initiatives that strengthen clinician engagement, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure HR practices support both regulatory requirements and long term growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary HR partner for operational and medical leadership teams across assigned regions
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention strategies, and clinician engagement initiatives
• Support onboarding and integration efforts for clinicians to promote a strong organizational culture
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws across multiple states
• Act as a trusted advisor and change agent during organizational growth and transformation
• Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives that align with business and operational goals
• Analyze organizational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes

Key Requirements
• 5 or more years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
• Experience supporting clinicians and healthcare operations in hospital or similar environments
• Strong expertise in employee investigations and multi state employment law compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, workforce planning, and performance management
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading or mentoring HR teams
• PHR or SPHR certification
