Role Overview 
We are looking for a Lead Product Experience Strategist to lead Product Discovery and Product Strategy initiatives. The candidate will identify business problems, conduct discovery and validation, generate evidence-based insights, and influence product and investment decisions before engineering development begins. 
Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Service Design, Experience Strategy, Innovation Consulting, or Enterprise Product.

• Strong hands-on experience with Product Discovery and Opportunity Assessment.

• Proven ability to influence product direction before development begins.

• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured discovery and validation plans.

• Experience identifying assumptions, knowledge gaps, risks, and investment-readiness criteria.

• Strong experience in customer discovery, interviews, workflow analysis, workshops, co-creation, and validation.

• Ability to quantify business outcomes, ROI, cost savings, time savings, adoption, quality improvements, and risk reduction.

• Strong systems thinking across people, processes, technology, and data.

• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and workshop facilitation.

• Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams.

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to make Go / Pivot / Pause / Stop recommendations based on evidence.

Preferred

• Enterprise SaaS or complex enterprise product experience.

• Experience in Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Workplace Services.

• Experience establishing or scaling Product Discovery capabilities.

• Experience with AI-enabled product experiences and AI-assisted research/planning.

• Competitive analysis and market discovery experience.
