Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions with guidance, and work closely with business teams to deliver production-grade software. The ideal candidate has strong Python + React/TypeScript experience and exposure to cloud and AI/LLM integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend components of an internal platform.
Develop integrations with cloud and AI infrastructure.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflows into software solutions.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data governance.
Follow engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve production applications.
Iterate on features based on user feedback while balancing speed and reliability.

Required Skills

3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong Python development experience.
Experience with FastAPI or another async Python web framework.
Strong React + TypeScript experience in production environments.
Experience with REST APIs / backend integrations.
Experience with Azure preferred; AWS/Google Cloud Platform also acceptable.
Experience with LLM/AI API integrations preferred.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Docker/containerized deployments.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor''s degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Agentic AI / tool-calling experience.
Cloud AI services.
Observability and production monitoring.
Experience with secure applications handling sensitive business data.
