Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a desktop-based telephony application using .NET technologies.
- Enhance application functionality, including call recording, audio and video processing, and transcription.
- Integrate with REST APIs to connect with various back-end systems.
- Work with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to build and adapt the user interface.
- Implement and support automated summaries, biller connectivity, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application.
Required Qualifications:
- C#
- .NET
- WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
- APIs (specifically REST APIs)
- Troubleshooting
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with telephony systems or a background in the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts or technologies.
