Job Title: SAP SDM – PM (PMO Focus)
Location: Hybrid
2 times travel to Arkansas
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SDM / PM with strong PMO capabilities to manage and oversee SAP project delivery and service operations. The role focuses on end-to-end project governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP initiatives within defined timelines, scope, and budget. SAP HR experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SAP project/service delivery as SDM / Project Manager
Drive PMO activities including planning, tracking, reporting, and governance
Oversee project execution across multiple SAP workstreams
Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and vendors
Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards
Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
Conduct stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and steering committee updates
Ensure compliance with organizational delivery frameworks and methodologies
Support continuous improvement in PMO processes and reporting mechanisms
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in SAP SDM / Project Management roles
Solid expertise in PMO governance and project tracking
Exposure to SAP environments (any module; SAP HR not required)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent reporting and documentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards)
Experience handling multiple concurrent projects
Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in large enterprise SAP implementation or support projects
Exposure to global delivery or multi-vendor environments
