Role : Senior Data & Analytics Developer – AI
Location : Oaks, PA (Hybrid)

Need candidates who can work onsite from DAY 1 (Hybrid 3 days onsite a week) – NO REMOTE
The Senior Data & Analytics Developer will play a key hands‑on role in designing, developing, and delivering data solutions that enable AI‑driven analytics and advanced data mapping capabilities. This position focuses on building and optimizing cloud‑based data pipelines and analytics components while collaborating closely with architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
Working within an Agile delivery team, the role emphasizes strong technical execution, high code quality, and proactive contribution to solution design in support of Financial Services and Wealth Management technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Development & Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions supporting AI‑driven use cases
- Implement complex data transformations and integrations using Python and SQL
- Build efficient, reliable, and scalable data components aligned with established data architecture standards
AI & Analytics Support
- Develop data structures and pipelines optimized for advanced analytics, reporting, and machine learning workloads
- Ensure high data quality, completeness, and performance for AI and analytics consumption
- Collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams to enable predictive and descriptive analytics
Cloud Development (Azure)
- Develop and enhance data solutions using Azure Cloud services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake
- Optimize cloud solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Follow cloud security and governance practices consistent with Financial Services requirements
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with Product Owners, architects, and QA teams to clarify requirements and deliver incremental value
- Contribute to backlog refinement through technical input, estimation, and dependency identification
Quality, Performance & Best Practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following development best practices
- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and performance issues in development and production environments
