Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of innovative hardware and software products. Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive opportunities, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement a long-term product vision and strategic roadmap.
Lead product lifecycle activities, including concept development, design, testing, and launch.
Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with engineering, design, operations, and supply chain teams.
Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Oversee compliance and certification processes for hardware and software products.
Develop go-to-market strategies and coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
Monitor post-launch performance, gather customer feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance product management capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing hardware and software products simultaneously through their lifecycle.
Strong technical background in hardware design, software development, or systems integration.
Familiarity with product certifications, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project management.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
Adaptability and creativity in solving complex problems within fast-paced environments.
