Summary

Job Title: Tosca QA Automation Lead

Job Location: Bethesda, MD(Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Skills:

10+ years of experience in software testing with strong automation focus.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (mandatory).
Lead end-to-end automation strategy, framework design, and CI/CD integration.
Strong understanding of mobile ecosystem (iOS, Android, native/hybrid apps, APIs).
Write and review test cases based on user stories in Jira.
Perform test execution, defect logging, tracking, and RCA with structured reporting.
Lead and assign QA tasks; mentor team members on automation best practices.
Experience with Postman (API testing) and Charles Proxy (network validation).
Ensure requirement-to-test traceability and quality metrics reporting.
Hospitality / hotel booking domain knowledge is a strong advantage.
