Compensation:
Pay Range: $86,000-$100,000 Per Year

Job Summary:
• Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist in a full-time capacity based in New York City, NY.
• This role involves providing onsite support five days a week. Key responsibilities include monitoring and resolving service requests, troubleshooting user issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Candidates should have experience with desktop and mobile device support, as well as a solid understanding of network protocols and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and resolve service requests efficiently and accurately.
• Provide first and second-tier support for user applications and escalate infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with system administrators and infrastructure teams to enhance IT processes.
• Maintain asset management and provide training programs for users.
• Support user account management and device provisioning, including mobile devices and authentication services.

Qualifications:
• BS/BA in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of IT Helpdesk experience required.
• Experience with cloud technologies and excellent technical knowledge of hardware and mobile devices.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and operating systems.
• Proficiency with helpdesk and remote-control tools.
