Position: Infrastructure PM
Location: USDC - Can sit in one of TEKsystems Delivery Centers in either Las Colinas or Charlotte, NC
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: 36 months
Shift: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Interview Process: 1 Step Process
Note: Manager is looking for Infra/PMs not Engineers, who have managed over M365 related projects such as (MS TEAMS, OneDrive, Copilot, Exchange etc.); also likes to see resources that have worked supporting multiple applications, as this team supports roughly 70 applications. Will be doing Change Management duties and ad hoc changes; most of the changes are template and project based); like to see resources that have worked with Remedy or ServiceNow, and if they have Jira experience that would be a plus.
Description:
Position Summary
Project coordination responsibilities relating to technology implementations, upgrades, conversion, and recovery using the Enterprise Change tools and guidelines.
Manages/Coordinates resources within and across various lines of business and has matrix management responsibility.
Balances soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, milestone delivery of the technical solution.
Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
Must be able to identify possible issues before they become an issue and successfully mitigate to keep the project (and personnel) on schedule.
Must be able to succinctly present progress as well as issues and be able to provide possible solutions as well as take constructive criticism and not let it affect you.
Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives.
Set and continually manage project expectations with management, team members and stakeholders.
Must be able to identify changing priorities within the project and move resources to continue the most effective use of the resources as many times you are competing for their time with other concurrent projects.
Required to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner.
Required Qualifications
Required Skill:
Basic understanding of Cisco voice and/or Telepresence technologies.
Adaptive learning capability to utilize new systems and/or processes.
Microsoft Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
