Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs, Microservices, Enterprise Web Application Development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end application design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for enterprise web applications.
  • Define development standards, coding guidelines, best practices, and quality controls.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security, performance, and maintainability standards.
  • Drive technical discussions and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
  • Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React JS, Node JS, and JavaScript.
  • Build reusable components, APIs, microservices, and shared libraries for enterprise applications.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node JS.
  • Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, authentication platforms, and cloud services.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Lead and mentor development teams comprising developers, UI engineers, and technical specialists.
  • Estimate effort, manage technical dependencies, and support project planning activities.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track technical progress, identify risks, and proactively address delivery challenges.
