Job Title: SAP Functional Analyst

Job Summary:
The Functional Analyst Associate - Senior supports the suite of SAP products licensed by client, and is responsible for design, implementation and testing of new functionality and enhancement requests from the various business lines, as well as operational support analysis, resolution of incidents and application problems.
The SAP Functional Analysts have a range of skills and knowledge of the SAP technologies used and applications supported by client. This includes one or several SAP products, such as SAP Business Suite (ERP, SCM, SRM, CRM), Ariba and SuccessFactors.
Required Skills:
With minimal to no supervision, the SAP Functional Analyst - Senior will:
Provide production support activities through planned releases, break-fix resolution and emergency situations. Be a configuration resource in one or more of the SAP applications, based on business requirements.
Assist business, functional and technical team members with problem resolution.
Write functional specifications; works closely with technical resources to coordinate development and testing of system changes Maintain documentation in knowledge repository.
Support several business processes of various complexities Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advises on options.
Provide factual content to feasibility study for development projects and enhancements requests.
Develop, write, and communicate business requirements for the implementation of business solutions Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
Assist in the development of user test cases and validates test results during user acceptance testing.
Assist in the development of user manuals and may assist in user training.
Investigate, resolve and escalate problems. Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure customer satisfaction Promote an understanding of IT roles, processes and activities to the business units.
Support and participate in the formal reporting of project status.
Mentor other team members.
