Batch Operator
This is a Full-Time (On-Site) Position in Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Must be currently located in the local Mechanicsburg, PA area to be considered. Full benefits, PTO, and paid holidays is inclusive to this position.

Job Description:
• Experience with Develop, debug, and enhance applications using Microsoft .NET framework and ASP.NET.
• Strong programming skills and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience in SQL Server databases, including creating and maintaining indexes, stored procedures, views, triggers, and jobs.
• Working with Designing and developing data integration workflows utilizing SSIS and SSRS.
• Required to Support and generate reports using Splunk to monitor application health and performance.
• Work within Agile-Scrum development environments, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Experience in efficiently monitoring and maintaining production infrastructure to ensure optimal availability, performance, and reliability.
• Experience with Addressing and Co-ordinating and resolving application incidents, service requests, and problem tickets efficiently.
• Experience in Co-ordinating incident bridges and seamless communication between the Client, Deloitte support teams and other stakeholders ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Escalate issues appropriately and coordinate with Program teams including Business Analysts, QA, Project Management, and Deployment teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and participate in incident management processes to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage documentation and collaborate using MS SharePoint for document management.
• Experience working with Task management and version control systems such as DevOps GIT to manage code changes and releases.
• Knowledge on $U Batch Scheduling Tool or similar batch/job scheduling tools.
• Willing to support flexible shifts and relocate as required.
• 5+ years of experience in application development and support.
• 4+ years of hands-on production support experience with .NET applications.
• 3+ years of experience developing SSIS packages.
• Strong knowledge of C#, BizTalk, SOAP, and REST services.
• Solid experience in batch design, scheduling, and execution.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with Splunk and Cloud monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
