Location: Seattle, WA | Herndon, VA | Arlington, VA
Schedule: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Pay Range: $ 30 - $ 40/hr (Based on years of experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
Proactively source and engage technical and infrastructure talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical data center and infrastructure hiring initiatives.
Conduct initial phone screens and candidate assessments.
Manage candidate activity and submissions within client's recruiting systems and ATS.
Partner closely with recruiting teams to support high-volume hiring goals.
What We're Looking For:
1 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing capabilities.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about talent sourcing.
