Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification required
Minimum 5+ years of internal audit experience within healthcare environments
Experience leading financial, operational, and/or IT audits
Strong background in healthcare compliance, internal controls, and risk assessment
Experience evaluating operational processes and complex systems
Proven ability to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience with Epic, ACL, or similar data analytics/audit software preferred
Public accounting audit experience strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while leading collaborative audit initiatives
