Job Description

We are looking for someone with strong Hyperion knowledge to assist with the testing and validation of our Hyperion applications and the overall DEV and QAT environment as we seek to streamline its efficiency.

To ensure the new setup and applications are properly validated, the resource should be able to support the following activities:

• Develop detailed test cases for DEV and QAT validation.
• Create scripts for parallel, stress, and performance testing.
• Compare execution times between the current and consolidated environments.
• Validate existing Hyperion processes, calculations, business rules, data loads, integrations, and reports.
• Test performance under normal, peak, and concurrent workload conditions.
• Validate batch jobs, scheduled processes, and end-user activities.
• Identify any timeout, performance, stability, or capacity-related issues.
• Determine whether issues are caused by scripts, application configuration, infrastructure capacity, or environmental changes.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis during testing.
• Document test results, findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Provide input on any required CPU, memory, storage, or configuration adjustments.
• Validate that the consolidated environments meet business and operational requirements.
• Confirm that the consolidated environments are stable and ready for use prior to sign-off.
