Data Systems Analyst

Role: Data Systems Analyst

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for system interfaces, integrations, and downstream warehouse models.

• Interface directly with business, technical, clinical, and data stakeholders to define functional integration specifications and interface mapping.
• Translate complex healthcare workflows and data structures into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
• Facilitate requirements clarification, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria validation across sprint cycles.

Core Skills: Documented experience within the healthcare domain (workflows, healthcare data interactions, regulatory considerations, standard terminologies).
