Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Data & Analytics initiative focused on Snowflake development, data architecture, and integration efforts.

The ideal candidate will have several years of project management experience, preferably supporting data and technology initiatives. This individual does not need to be a senior-level PM but must be comfortable working closely with technical teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing project deliverables, and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.

This role requires someone who understands data architecture concepts, can effectively communicate with engineers and developers, and has experience bringing teams together to achieve shared project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Data & Analytics initiatives involving Snowflake development, data architecture, and integration efforts.
• Ensure alignment of Snowflake build layers and retrofit activities with the overall Integrated Project Plan.
• Track and report on the data delivery pipeline, including Snowflake development progress across new and retrofit environments.
• Maintain Jira boards, ensuring accurate task tracking, status updates, milestones, dependencies, and overall project visibility.
• Support project reporting packages, providing updates on progress, risks, issues, and key deliverables.
• Lead weekly meetings with the Enterprise Data Architecture (EDA) retrofit team to review progress, identify blockers, and escalate issues as needed.
• Partner closely with data architects, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment across teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and potential delays while driving issues toward resolution.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on IT project management experience, preferably within Data & Analytics, data engineering, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience managing projects involving data architecture, data platforms, integrations, or cloud-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, databases, and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data technologies; Snowflake experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working directly with engineers, developers, data architects, and other technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking, reporting, and delivery management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to bring teams together, drive accountability, and deliver against shared project objectives.
