TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. 5+ years of experience in pre-media, creative agency, CPG, healthcare or packaging graphics roles
2. 3+ years experience with Esko WebCenter or similar graphics project management software
3. 7 + years of professional experience overall.
4. Proven experience with other large scale project management initiatives within marketing, operations, IT, etc.
5. Ability to communicate project milestones, data and information to create a business relevant dialogue and understanding within cross-functional teams

TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:
*Track Record of managing packaging graphics projects and assets, including uploading, reviewing and routing files for approval.
*Proficiency with MS software suite. Familiarity with a digital asset management system.
*PMP Certification
*Hands on experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution in graphics
*Familiarity with a digital asset management system
*Experience with print production, packaging and regulatory compliance
Summary
The Packaging Graphics Contractor will play a pivotal role in supporting Center Of Excellence (COE) s strategic initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of Esko WebCenter, text field refresh for the global organization, and testing of the new Comply module within WebCenter.
This temporary role will also provide support to the North America Consumer Brand (NACB) and International Consumer Brand (ICB) Graphics teams, hands-on managing projects within WebCenter, troubleshooting, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate can handle a variety of tasks, some tactical and heavy on administration and some strategic requiring self-led work; Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate and communicate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
COE & Initiative Support
Act as an extra set of hands, taking on project management for the components of various initiatives to relieve team members
Support the implementation of Esko WebCenter, especially testing, documentation and training preparation.
Assist with administration of a text field refresh project, ensuring enrollment and alignment with key stakeholders.
Lead testing and documentation of the new Comply module within WebCenter, capturing failures and lessons learned and benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and escalate issues as needed.
NACB & ICB Business Unit Support
Provide hands-on support for both NA and ICB BU teams, operating within WebCenter to manage graphics projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to graphics, escalating complex problems to appropriate stakeholders.
Document project outcomes, failures, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
