Summary

Title: SAP HCM Payroll & Success Factors Lead Consultant

Work Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)

Duration: 10 Months

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement. The role requires strong client-facing experience and full-time onsite presence at the client location (5 days a week). The consultant will be responsible for incident management, service requests, enhancements, and ongoing functional support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.

Years of experience needed: 15+ years

Must-Have skills for the role: 1) SAP HCM US payroll and Success factors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a functional support consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in an AMS environment
  • Provide end-to-end support for: Incidents, Service Requests, Minor Enhancements
  • Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution
  • Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities
  • Prepare functional documentation and support handover activities
  • Coordinate with technical teams where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

SAP HCM:

  • Strong Hands-on functional experience in: SAP HCM US Payroll, Time Management
  • Good understanding of payroll processing, time evaluation, and compliance

HR SuccessFactors:

  • Hands-on functional experience in: Recruiting (RCM), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Organizational Management / Personnel Administration (OM/PA)
