Summary

Lead full lifecycle recruitment activities including intake alignment, sourcing, evaluation, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding of talent.

Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand evolving workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.

Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for both high-volume and niche technical or professional roles.

Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines through networks, referrals, sourcing platforms, and industry channels.

Coordinate and manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to manage candidate workflows and ensure data integrity.

Introduce process improvements and new tools to enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and support longer-term talent planning initiatives.

Track recruitment metrics and generate insights related to hiring performance, pipeline health, and process effectiveness.

Ensure recruitment practices align with applicable employment legislation, internal policies, and risk mitigation standards.

Represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions while delivering a positive and engaging recruitment experience.

Maintain awareness of emerging recruitment technologies, including automation and AI-enabled tools, to modernize sourcing and hiring practices.
