Job Description: SIGINT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and optimization of signal intelligence systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with RF systems, signal processing, systems engineering, and the integration of hardware and software solutions for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate SIGINT system solutions.
• Define and manage system requirements and technical specifications.
• Support system integration, verification, validation, and field testing.
• Analyze RF signals and system performance to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, RF, and systems engineering teams.
• Develop technical documentation, interface control documents (ICDs), and test procedures.
• Perform system performance analysis and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with project, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles.
• Knowledge of RF systems, antennas, and wireless communication concepts.
• Experience with signal processing and spectrum analysis.
• Familiarity with SIGINT, electronic warfare (EW), or ISR systems.
• Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and embedded systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar engineering tools.
• Familiarity with SDR (Software Defined Radio) platforms.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) techniques.
• Experience with Linux-based development environments.
• Understanding of satellite, tactical, or secure communication systems.
• Experience with requirements management and systems engineering tools.
