Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead to join our IT team and serve as the primary owner of the Oracle HCM application suite. This role acts as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders, implementation partners, Oracle, and internal technical teams to ensure optimal design, configuration, performance, and long-term success of the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and user-centric enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and act as the primary point of contact for HR business users.

• Lead configuration and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Talent.

• Design and maintain Fast Formulas, custom fields, workflows, and functional configurations.

• Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, assess business impact, and lead testing and validation cycles.

• Create and manage test plans, test scripts, and end-to-end testing processes.
