Requirements

7 or more years of experience performing business systems analysis specifically supporting enterprise CRM implementations

Proficiency in configuring Salesforce custom objects, validation rules, automated flows, and native reporting dashboards

Experience with managing product backlogs and sprint planning using Agile collaboration tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Experience in orchestrating end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including test scripting and defect tracking

Experience with analyzing data migrations and technical interface integrations utilizing APIs and middleware solutions

Experience in auditing web application configurations against strict accessibility compliance guidelines and security policies
-
Excellent communication skills to coordinate requirements workshops and deliver training to diverse operational stakeholder groups
Job Responsibilities

Architect scalable Salesforce solutions including custom objects, business flows, validation rules, and automated workflows

Translate complex functional stakeholder requirements into precise technical specifications, Agile user stories, and acceptance criteria

Formulate and execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies to validate business-critical system functionality

Facilitate structured Agile backlog grooming sessions with engineering resources to continuously prioritize platform enhancements

Map and analyze existing operational processes to systematically eliminate workflow inefficiencies and design automation solutions

Build and configure interactive operational dashboards and reports to support data-driven executive decision-making

Author standardized training materials, regression test suites, and standard operating procedures to ensure successful user adoption
