Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in Media Marketing and AdTech to support the development of a large-scale market analysis platform for enterprise clients. This role focuses on campaign measurement, attribution, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform campaign performance analysis across ad spend, CAC, impressions, and conversion metrics
• Build and optimize measurement and attribution models
• Conduct funnel analysis and subscription/customer journey modeling
• Develop client-ready dashboards and reports using Tableau, Sigma, or similar BI tools
• Analyze event stream data and large datasets to generate insights
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12 15+ years in Data Analytics / Data Science
• 3 5+ years of AdTech / Marketing Analytics experience (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in campaign analytics, attribution, and measurement
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Sigma, Looker, or Metabase
• Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data modeling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple analytical projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in TV / Media Industry
• Exposure to subscription models and funnel optimization
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms

Technical Stack: Programming & Analytics: SQL, Python, Excel, PySpark, Airflow, Snowflake

BI & Visualization: Tableau, Sigma

Cloud & Big Data: AWS, Databricks

Certifications (Nice to Have):

• Tableau Certified Analyst
• Databricks (Streaming / Lakehouse concepts)
