8+ years of ServiceNow / ESM architecture experience.
2+ years of experience in Federal environments.
Public Trust clearance required or ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust, as applicable.
Proven experience owning multimodule ServiceNow architectures at enterprise scale.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Required.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Preferred.
Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units.
Deep expertise in ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITIL processes.
Strong CMDB and CSDM experience, including CI relationships, data governance, service modeling, and CMDB health.
Experience with ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, and IRM/GRC.
Strong technical expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and platform security.
Extensive integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO/SAML, LDAP, and web services.
Experience defining integration, security, data, and application architecture for ServiceNow.
Ability to develop architecture documents, solution designs, data-flow diagrams, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps.
Experience establishing ServiceNow governance frameworks, development standards, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
Ability to conduct architecture and code/design reviews and identify performance, security, scalability, and maintainability risks.
