· Perform independent critical thinking on all platform changes prior to execution

Stakeholder & Agile Delivery Partnership
· Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver scalable, well-governed solutions
· Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations and enhancements

· Provide POD support for stories requiring Salesforce Admin involvement

Data Analysis & Impact Assessment
· Perform historical and existing data analysis for records impacted by migration or platform changes
· Analyze metadata and transformation logic across systems
· Prepare and migrate legacy datasets for admin reconciliation and load activities
· Execute Data Mapping & Transformation Analysis
· Identify and scope automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve platform efficiency

· User Provisioning – manage provisioning requests in alignment with access and security standards
· Recurring Platform Updates – execute scheduled updates on a Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual cadence, including: o Business Change requests o License and permission set reviews o Scheduled data loads and reconciliation tasks
· Event Monitoring – proactively monitor platform events, flag anomalies, and escalate as appropriate
· Deployment Support – provide admin support for platform deployments as needed
· UAT Validation Support – assist with User Acceptance Testing for larger efforts when POD teams have limited bandwidth
· Quarterly Metrics & Reporting – produce and maintain a quarterly metrics dashboard covering:
Event Monitoring trends and findings o User metrics (active users, license utilization, access anomalies, login history) o Data Health metrics (data quality scores, duplicate records, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience
· Hands-on, proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in an enterprise environment (not simply familiarity)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, validation rules, workflows, permissions, etc.) and third-party apps integration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

· Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks, including use of JIRA and Confluence
