Associate Project Manager

Title: Associate Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager with 2+ years of experience in ERP, customer/vendor data, or project management. This role supports Customer Master Data, pricing coordination, and special projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Customer Master Data (CMD) in SAP

• Coordinate pricing, special pack, and finished goods data

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely system updates

• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, IT, and Shared Services teams

• Maintain documentation, tracking logs, and system records

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in ERP, product data, or project management

• Strong documentation, tracking, and coordination skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High initiative and problem-solving mindset

Technology:

• SAP ERP

• Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

• Experience with multiple ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Exposure to cloud portals or ticketing systems

• Knowledge of CPG industry and master data concepts

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Operations, Accounting, Logistics, or related field
