Description:
Design, develop, and implement EDI transaction sets (850 Purchase Orders, 856 Advance Ship Notices, 810 Invoices, 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgments, 997 Functional Acknowledgments) for AlinIQ Inventory Management System integration with SAP ERP and trading partner systems using X12 and EDIFACT standards
Configure and maintain sophisticated EDI mapping configurations and data transformation logic for diagnostic products including instruments, reagents, quality control materials, and laboratory consumables, ensuring accurate product catalog synchronization across multiple systems
Establish and manage EDI connectivity with healthcare trading partners, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), distributors, hospital systems, and clinical laboratories globally, including account setup, testing, and ongoing relationship management.
Coordinate with multiple enterprise systems teams (SAP, Bizlink, Tracelink, SGTIN, Tibco, Warehouse Management Systems) to design and implement interface changes, data flow optimization, and system enhancements for AlinIQ IMS integration
Implement and oversee automated business rules for vendor-managed inventory (VMI), just-in-time replenishment, on-demand ASN generation, and intelligent order processing workflows based on real-time inventory consumption data from AlinIQ
Troubleshoot and resolve complex multi-system EDI interface failures, data integrity issues, and connectivity problems affecting inventory accuracy and order fulfillment across global operations
Ensure regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical serialization requirements (DSCSA), and UDI (Unique Device Identifier) standards for diagnostic products across international markets
Design and prepare comprehensive technical documentation including Functional Design Documents (FDs), Business Process Design Documents (BPDs), Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Technical Design Documents (TDs), Interface Specifications, and Knowledge Transition documents
Minimum education necessary to perform the above responsibilities: This position requires a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, a closely related filed, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
