Job Summary

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist will support the implementation of talent solutions with a focus on talent acquisition and performance management programs. This role requires a dynamic, data-driven, and detail-oriented professional who can provide training, consultation, analysis, and technical expertise in HR systems and processes.

The ideal candidate is technologically proficient, results-oriented, and capable of designing and delivering impactful training programs across diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and develop content related to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Workday HCM.
  • Provide guidance and training to recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship program development, interviewing techniques, hiring best practices, and system utilization.
  • Research and implement training best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze system-related data and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update training materials, including course content, exercises, and assessments, ensuring alignment with system updates and policy changes.
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Facilitate hands-on learning using training environments and related tools.
  • Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course enrollments and user support.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide ongoing support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience delivering training through multiple formats (in-person, virtual, online, multimedia).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies for training design and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with at least three (3) years of experience in human resources or a related field;
    OR
  • One (1) year of experience in a comparable HR role or equivalent position.

Note: Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent Management in an HR environment.
  • Experience as a Workday administrator or trainer.
  • Prior experience in HRIS systems training.

Required Skills

  • Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, or similar modules.
  • HRIS training experience.
  • Experience delivering training through multiple delivery methods.
