Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Information Systems Architect –to support enterprise cloud initiatives.

This role supports the design, development, administration, and ongoing operation of AWS-hosted applications and infrastructure and will work closely with cloud engineering, security, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available solutions across production and non-production environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design, deploy, and administer AWS environments following cloud architecture best practices.

• Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda, and networking components.

• Support AWS account structures, security policies, and least-privilege access controls.

• Develop and maintain cloud-native and serverless solutions using services such as Lambda and API Gateway.

• Support and administer Amazon Connect contact center environments including contact flows, queues, and routing profiles.

• Build integrations between AWS services, APIs, and external systems.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.

• Monitor system performance, logging, and operational health using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows for application deployments.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and optimize performance and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with security teams to ensure encryption, logging, monitoring, and compliance requirements are met.

• Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks while mentoring team members when needed.

What You’ll Need

•  IT experience supporting enterprise systems.

• Hands-on AWS development or administration experience.

• Strong experience with AWS core services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda.

• Experience supporting Amazon Connect or contact center technologies.

• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.

• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and application integrations.

• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification.
