Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10+ years of hands-on industry experience in embedded systems or related disciplines\nDeep expertise in Bluetooth technologies, including protocol stack internals, wireless communication standards, and experience optimizing for power, performance, and reliability\nStrong proficiency in C and C++ programming, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for resource-constrained environments\nSolid foundation in embedded hardware platforms, including microcontrollers, SoCs, and embedded processors, with demonstrated experience in low-level hardware interaction such as register-level programming, peripheral interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C), and hardware bring-up
