Salesforce CPQ Project Manager

SALESFORCE CPQ IS REQUIRED FOR THIS 100% REMOTE BASED POSITION.

Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc. is searching for a Senior SFDC Project Manager for a 6 month+ Contract opportunity with our direct client. This position is 100% Remote based. Prefer candidates that are located on the East Coast.

Seasoned PM to manage Salesforce CQP initiatives and develop plan of action to get this project completed, working across departments to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions.

• Develop project plans that identify resources and budgetary needs.
• Host project meetings consistently with team and managers.
• Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Oversee Project Coordinators/project team.
• Understand Business Needs.
• Work well with Business leader to understand Objectives from Business perspective.
• Stakeholders Management

Skills Needed:

• Must have outstanding communication.
• Minimum of 10 years of PM experience with applicable College Degree.
• Salesforce CPQ
• Exceptional Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management.
• Stakeholder management
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 7 years of SALESFORCE PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience with applicable Salesforce Certification/College Degree.
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict-management.
• Time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal setting
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Familiarity with the work being done by each team member.
