We are seeking an Implementation Analyst to support technology and ESI initiatives across the full implementation lifecycle. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in technology consulting and Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will work alongside experienced consultants, engineers, and solution architects to configure systems, validate data, train users, and support successful go-lives for client technology solutions.
What You'll Do - Support software and systems implementation activities including application configuration, data conversion validation, training, and go-live assistance.
- Assist with the implementation of technology solutions supporting operational and enterprise systems integration initiatives.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand business and operational processes and configure systems based on requirements and accepted best practices.
- Support system setup, administration, and ongoing maintenance activities in collaboration with senior technical resources.
- Perform quality checks and analyze data conversions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Help guide clients through implementation activities by tracking progress, communicating status, and assisting with issue resolution.
- Deliver and support client training sessions both remotely and in person, with a focus on successful system adoption.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and post-training summaries to support long-term client success.
- Assist in identifying solution gaps and documenting opportunities for future system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology consultants, engineers, and solution architects to support integrated technology solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all company policies and standards.

Qualifications - Bachelor Degree Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or MIS or related field from accredited program and 1 year of related experience Required
- Basic knowledge in implementation technologies, principles and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
- Basic computer skills in implementation software and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem solving skills.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
