Summary

  • Hands-on configuration of SAP Time Schema (TM04 / custom schemas) including personnel calculation rules (PCR), operations and functions 
  • Deep understanding of Time Evaluation specifically PT60 and the full evaluation flow 
  • Experience with public sector time rules shift differentials, overtime calculations, comp time, holiday pay, and leave accruals governed by collective bargaining or civil service codes 
  • Proficiency in Work Schedules, period work schedules, and day types specific to 24/7 shift environments common in government (e.g. fire, police, transit, utilities) 
  • Familiarity with Absence and Attendance types, quota generation, and time transfer specifications 
  • Ability to debug and trace time schema logic through transaction PE01/PE02 and logs via PT_DOC00 or similar 
  • Experience integrating Time Management output with SAP Payroll (infotypes IT0007, IT0050, IT0416, wage type generation via ZES/ZL tables)
