Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user experience and interface design initiatives for large-scale digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility, and working collaboratively with cross-functional Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design projects for large-scale web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and translate findings into intuitive, user-centered designs.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.

• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

• Use data, user feedback, and analytics to inform and improve design decisions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Maintain and contribute to design systems, patterns, and reusable components.

• Advocate for consistent, accessible, and engaging user experiences across digital products.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.

• Proven experience leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile applications.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in:

  • User research

  • Interaction design

  • Wireframing

  • Prototyping

  • Visual/UI design

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data-driven design and product analytics.

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

• Experience designing enterprise-scale digital products.

• Knowledge of current UI/UX trends, usability best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
