Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Generative AI Engineer / Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, machine learning, data engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered applications.
In this role, you will develop proof of concepts, experiment with emerging AI technologies, and collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to transform ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions using machine learning, data science, and Generative AI technologies.
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and AI agent workflows.
- Develop prototypes and proof of concepts using Python, AI SDKs, and model APIs.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to build data pipelines, analytics workflows, and AI-powered solutions.
- Evaluate different AI models, frameworks, and tools to identify the best solutions for business requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to move prototypes into production environments.
- Contribute to solution architecture, API integration, cloud deployment, scalability, and security.
- Test, evaluate, and improve AI models and applications for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Research emerging AI technologies and share recommendations with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and support AI innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, data engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience developing machine learning models and Generative AI applications.
- Experience working with LLMs, RAG, vector databases or vector search, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of data processing, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, experimentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agentic AI, AI agents, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience designing AI architectures and deploying solutions in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning, enterprise analytics, and system integration.
- Relevant AI, cloud, or data engineering certifications are a plus.
