Summary
Responsibilities
• Identify manual or inefficient administrative processes and develop automation solutions that reduce effort and improve accuracy.
• Automate and maintain reporting catalogs, administrative workflows, trackers, and recurring updates using JIRA, Excel, and other available tools.
• Partner with regional teams to identify, document, and consolidate existing reports into a centralized reporting catalog.
• Work cross-functionally across Source, Plan, Make, Deliver, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Assess the strengths, limitations, dependencies, and risks associated with technologies currently being used within the Transcend program.
• Gather and document business, technical, and reporting requirements from regional and functional stakeholders.
• Manage approved reporting solutions through development, testing, UAT, release, and production deployment.
• Coordinate activities across multiple technologies, teams, regions, and technology owners.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies through JIRA.
• Identify opportunities to create practical, time-saving solutions when established processes or mechanisms do not currently exist.
Qualifications
• Experience supporting complex enterprise initiatives or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background in process improvement, reporting, automation, and project delivery.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into actionable technical or process requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business functions and regional stakeholder groups.
• Ability to independently create structure, establish processes, and drive initiatives through completion.
Required Skills
• Previous large consulting firm experience: Accenture, EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG
• Large-scale SAP transformation / enterprise SAP program experience
• Process improvement and workflow automation
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Reporting and analytics
• Reporting catalog development and management
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Cross-functional stakeholder management
• Project management
• Development, testing, UAT, and production release coordination
• Technology risk and dependency assessment
• Ability to work across Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance
