Pay Rate                            : $60/hr on W2

Duration                            : 12 Months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 5+yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Configure and maintain PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory for SSO, authentication, and application onboarding. Manage IdP/SP connections, SAML, OAuth, OIDC policies, access tokens, authorization rules, and certificate renewals. Troubleshoot IAM and application issues, manage ServiceNow tickets, monitor KPIs, alerts, and dashboards, support privileged access auditing, and participate in 24x7 on-call production support using PagerDuty. Utilize Azure, Java/Python, Ansible, and ARM templates for automation and operational support.

Role Overview

·         We are seeking a skilled Ping Identity Security Analyst with hands-on experience in PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory to support IAM, SSO implementation, application integration, and authentication services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Azure Cloud, DevOps, and scripting, along with excellent troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production environments..

Key Responsibilities

·         Configure and support PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory for IAM and SSO.

·         Implement and troubleshoot SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC authentication integrations.

·         Configure IdP/SP connections, authentication policies, access tokens, and authorization rules.

·         Troubleshoot IAM and application issues and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.

·         Monitor IAM KPIs, manage certificate renewals, and provide 24x7 on-call production support using PagerDuty.
