IT Procurement Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Professional to support strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience negotiating technology-related agreements and managing supplier relationships across multiple commodity areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business stakeholders with sourcing and procurement requests
• Lead and support supplier contract negotiations
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies based on business requirements, spend, and volume
• Manage multiple ongoing negotiations simultaneously across various technology categories
• Review and support SaaS, PaaS, software licensing, IT services, telecom, and hardware agreements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement initiatives
• Prepare status updates, progress tracking reports, and weekly summaries
• Support contract transition and separation activities as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT procurement and strategic sourcing
• Expertise in supplier/vendor negotiations and contract management
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, software agreements, IT services agreements, telecom contracts, and technology hardware
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong prioritization and project coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
• Legal or contract review background is a plus
