Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Stibo MDM Developer to support enterprise Product Master Data implementations using Stibo STEP. The role focuses on designing, configuring, developing, and deploying scalable MDM solutions supporting product onboarding, maintenance, retirement, governance, integrations, and data quality.
Your Role:
Sr. Stibo Developer will design and implement Stibo STEP configurations and customizations, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure STEP data models, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, references, and LOVs.
- Develop workflows for product creation, maintenance, approval, and retirement.
- Configure business rules, validations, notifications, and data quality controls.
- Build integrations using STEP APIs, REST services, XML, STEPXML, and Boomi.
- Support data migration, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data loads.
- Configure roles, security, and access controls.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Technical Skills
- 10+ years of MDM experience with 5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP development.
- Expertise in STEP data modeling, workflows, business rules, security, and governance.
- Experience with JavaScript development within STEP.
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, STEPXML, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Boomi, JDE, SAP, Specright, Snowflake, and related platforms preferred.
- Experience with product master data governance and data quality management.
- Agile delivery experience and strong communication skills.
- Relevant Stibo STEP certifications are preferred.
