Full Stack Engineer
The Workplace Investing Reporting & Insights Chapter team is looking for a full stack engineer to join our team to help deliver scalable web applications and AI (Artificial Intelligence) models into production. This role is a dynamic Agile engineering position where you will partner with your teammates on our development team and peer data scientists to assist with data analysis, reporting and research; conduct tactical data extracts and build balanced ETL data pipelines; deploy AI/ Machine learning models via RESTful APIs; and structure model output data and build reports to measure deployed model efficiency. The Expertise You Have
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
10+ years of demonstrable experience in full stack programming
Consistent record of accomplishment of working in collaborative teams to deliver high quality data solutions in a multi-developer agile environment following coding standard methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Outstanding Python and SQL skills and experience performing deep data analysis on multiple database platforms.
At least 5 years of proven web-service development experience with Java, Python and practical experience with AI/ML models or their delivery.
Working with public cloud and cloud based technologies with AWS, Microsoft Azure preferred
Hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus
Building applications working with databases like Snowflake, Oracle, PostGres etc.
Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture
Experience with building reports in Power BI preferred
Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium preferred
Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud based software applications preferred
Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions
Ability to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns
