Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior Associate DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for enabling and scaling critical AI, ML, and cloud-native workloads. In this role, you will:

• Design, deploy, and manage AI/ML infrastructure using Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes to support rapid and high quality releases.
• Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to consistently provision and maintain AWS environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support development workflows and integrate DevOps best practices into application lifecycles.
• Contribute directly to development efforts through hands on coding in React, Python, and Java as needed to support integrations, tooling, or platform enhancements.
• Design and enforce AWS IAM policies, network security controls, and guardrails to maintain a secure and compliant cloud environment.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and observability frameworks to ensure system visibility, health insights, and rapid incident response.
• Scale AI/ML applications in production, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and cost governance.
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to increase automation, reduce operational overhead, and strengthen platform reliability.
