Mobile is the fastest-growing segment of our business, which means the work you do will have high visibility and a direct impact on customer experience. Our analysis influences major initiatives such as expanding mobile hotspot networks, improving in-home connectivity, and supporting the deployment of next-generation wireless technologies. We work closely with both Product and Engineering teams, providing a comprehensive view of customer behavior and network performance.
Top RequirementsMust-Haves- Mid-senior-level candidates (5+ years of experience)
- End-to-end analytics experience, from ETL through visualization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings to executives
- Hands-on data manipulation using SQL, Python, Spark, or PySpark
- Data visualization experience with Tableau (preferred) or similar tools
- Experience working with Big Data ecosystems (tables up to 2.1B+ records/day)
- GIS or telecommunications experience is a plus
- AWS or cloud experience is a plus
Project Work & Focus Areas- Support leadership with ad hoc analysis on connectivity-focused topics
- Improve in-home Internet service quality by identifying and addressing connectivity issues proactively
- Use HeavyAI to build geospatial maps highlighting areas with network or interference issues, helping reduce redundant service calls
- Support large MVNO initiatives related to the mobile service partnerships
