Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of an AI-powered Risk Assessment tool within a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) environment. The role involves managing project execution, stakeholder coordination, requirements gathering, testing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage GRC system implementation and integration projects.
Gather and document business/system requirements, workflows, and user stories.
Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates.
Support UAT planning, test case development, and validation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of project management experience in system implementation/integration projects.
Strong experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
Experience working with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology stakeholders.
Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience with GRC platforms and ERP systems.
Background in risk management or compliance initiatives.
Experience with Visio or Lucidchart.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $82.00 per hour.
