AuditBoard Implementation Lead

Location: New York (NY) – Onsite / Hybrid Preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AuditBoard Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of AuditBoard. This role requires a strong background in Internal Audit, SOX, and Risk Management, along with hands-on system configuration and SaaS implementation expertise. The ideal candidate will act as both Functional Lead and Project Manager to ensure a successful implementation and Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation of AuditBoard modules:

  • SOX

  • OpsAudit

  • Risk

• Translate audit and compliance requirements into scalable workflows

• Configure:

  • Custom fields

  • Workflows

  • Dashboards

  • Reports

• Develop project plans, timelines, and track milestones

• Manage stakeholders and provide weekly status reporting

• Coordinate UAT and Go-Live activities

• Develop and deliver user training and enablement

• Provide post-Go-Live stabilization support

Required Qualifications

• Former or current Internal Audit / SOX / Risk professional

• Proven hands-on AuditBoard implementation experience

• Strong understanding of SOX compliance lifecycle

• Experience leading SaaS implementations end-to-end

• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
