Description:
Financial Analyst
Duties:
Provide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries).
Handle basic issue resolution (level 1–2) in SAP Business Network and invoicing.
Support MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates).
Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessions.
Track, document, and follow up on requests and issues.
Escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
Ensure timely responses and maintain service levels.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong communication skills (suppliers and internal teams).
Ability to manage multiple requests and work
Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
Knowledge or Experience of ARIBA would be a PLUS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Hours Per Day: 8.00
Days Per Week: 5.00
